Pignoletto Classico
Made with the best Pignoletto grapes, this is the wine that makes you fully appreciate all the wonderful qualities of its vine: delicate and intense scent of hawthorn and orange blossoms, combined with a dry, harmonious and pleasantly persistent flavour. Perfect as aperitif, it can be served with Italian starters, with Tortellini in consommé, with typical cheese, especially with Parmigiano Reggiano. Ideal serving temperature 54° F / 12° C.
Pignoletto Spumante Brut
Made from Pignoletto grapes produced in Montevecchio's vineyards, this wine shows a pale crystal-clear colour, scent of unripe white peach and flowers, fresh and harmonious taste, dry with good acidity and soft perlage. The wine is aged for six months in inox autoclave. Excellent as aperitif, ideal to accompany the appetizers of salami, is also recommended with fish dishes. Ideal serving temperature 43 - 46° F / 6 - 8° C.

Made from Pignoletto grapes produced in Montevecchio's vineyards, this wine shows a pale crystal-clear yellow colour with light green reflections, a delicate floral scent of wild privet blossom, and a fresh, dry and harmonious taste.Ideal as aperitif, it goes very well with all first courses of Bolognese cuisine, with passatelli in consommé, with all risotti, fish dishes, and especially with the Bolognese fried mix. Ideal serving temperature 46 - 50° F / 8 - 10° C.

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes duly pruned and thinned out to obtain the convenient concentration, hand picked and chosen bunch by bunch when fully ripe, refined in French oak barriques from Allier and Nevers for three years. This wine makes you appreciate all the great qualities and possibilities of its vine: complex and harmonious perfumes, with blackberry preserve, vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice pleasantly persistent notes, and an unforgettable smooth taste with a perfectly balanced and mellow tannin final aroma. An important wine that can go well with furred and feathered game, pork loin, braised beef, glazed meats and seasoned cheese. Ideal serving temperature 68° F / 20° C.
Rosso Bologna Riserva
Made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, aged for at lest two years, this wine has the tipical rich ruby red colour, and the characteristic fragrance of its vine, with delicate scent of herbs, vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice. Its taste is extremely pleasant, full, balanced, agreeably persistent. It is recommeded with all sorts of salami, with tasty meats, game, excellent with the white truffle from our Bolognesi Hills, and even with savoury fish dishes. Ideal serving temperature 64° F / 18° C.
Cabernet SauvignonDOC Colli Bolognesi
Cabernet Sauvignon (pdf)
Made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fermented and mellowed in steel barrels to maintain all the fragrances, this wine has the distinctive deep ruby red colour and the characteristic scent of its vine, exalted in the grapes fragrances, with delicate notes of aromatic herbs and soft fruit. Very agreeable in taste, savoury, harmonious, full, pleasantly persistent. We suggest to serve it with salami starters, Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, roast pork and tasty fish dishes. Ideal serving temperature 61° F / 16° C.
