Thursday: arrival by 2.00 pm
4.00 pm lesson on typical bolognese cuisine given by the resident chef in the Holiday farm followed by dinner in the Holiday farm venue
Friday: visit to Ducati (museum and factory) and Ferrari during the day
dinner at typical restaurant (or at the holiday farm)
Saturday: guided visit to Bologna and lunch at "Caffè delle Corte"
return to the holiday farm in the late afternoon, wine tasting and dinner
